Return/Refund Policy
Wonderbar USA accepts returns within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase from www.wonderbarusa.com, provided that the product is unopened and undamaged. Wonderbar USA will not refund any shipping charges associated with either the initial shipment or with the return shipment.
Cancellation Policy
Wonderbar USA accepts cancellations if orders have not been shipped.
Delivery / Shipping Policy
Orders are all shipped direct from Wonderbar USA in Austin, TX. Tracking is provided and will be sent to the email address provided by customer when the order was placed. Please allow approximately 5 days for delivery from the date we successfully process your order. With national holidays taken into consideration, there may be certain times of the year when delivery is further delayed.
